Happy New Year! The live portion of the above event netted
over $700 toward the Orphanage’s medication needs. At this time (January 5, 2006), the audio and video recordings are
being mixed and edited for television and compact disc release with a portion
earmarked for the beneficiary. Check
back often for updates regarding the audio CD release party and the times and
stations from where the broadcast of the program edited for television takes
place.
February 14, 2006 - Happy Valentines
Day! The audio recording of the concert
has been remixed and mastered. Now
begins the editing of the video footage with the audio mix for the television
programs. We are hoping the CD will be
available for purchase at Reflektions Events Next fund-raiser “Around the world in 80 Fashions” on
April 1.
March 2, 2006 is Texas Independence
Day. The day I received a rough cut of
The Gustavo Rodriguez Band’s performance on from Rob Dew, our digital
editor. The video is synched to the
remixed and mastered audio which J.C (Ruta Maya) and Kyle Murray captured most
professionally. Dime Algo a song from
Gustavo’s set you can enjoy by clicking the hyperlink on this web page. The concert video will be available on
access television – hopefully more than one locality. It’s purpose is to publicize the need of the world body to
support the efforts make on behalf of the HIV Orphanage in one small part by
purchasing a CD from the music recorded at this concert. We want it to be the gift that keeps on
giving.
April 1, 2006 saw ROUND THE WORLD IN
80 FASHIONS net over $2,000 toward Ms. Lazar’s goal of raising $250,000 for the
Orphanage. (To

displayed on this website and editing continues for the Video for public
TV. To

satisfied with just giving money. Money is not enough, money can be got, but
